Last updated: 2026
These terms and conditions govern your use of the G1-28 website and the resources, events, community spaces and outreach activities we offer, including G1-28: Open Hands and The F.E.L Collective. By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About us
G1-28 CIC ("we", "us", "our") is a faith-based community interest company registered in England and Wales. Registered address: 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. Company registration number: 17467747. You can contact us at contact.g128@gmail.com.
Your obligations
- You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to register for events or purchase resources.
- Any details you give us - when registering interest, subscribing or ordering - must be accurate and kept up to date.
- If you hold an account or registration with a third-party platform we use, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully, and not to misuse it - for example by attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, scraping content, or posting unlawful, abusive or discriminatory material.
- We may suspend or withdraw access to the site, or to our events and community spaces, if these terms are breached.
Intellectual property
All content on this website - including text, devotionals, artwork, photography, logos, branding and design - is © 2026 G1-28 CIC or used with permission, and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade mark law.
You may view, download and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, republish, resell, distribute or adapt any content, or use our name or logos, without our prior written permission. Devotionals and other resources purchased or downloaded are licensed to you for personal use only and may not be shared, copied or sold.
Purchases and payment
- Digital resources are sold and delivered through third-party platforms such as Gumroad. Donations are handled through PayPal. Their terms and payment methods apply in addition to these terms.
- Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) at the point of purchase and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and the download is made available.
- Digital downloads: because content is supplied immediately, you agree that your statutory 14-day right to cancel is waived once the download begins. If a file is faulty or you cannot access it, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
- Donations are voluntary and are generally non-refundable, but please contact us if a payment was made in error.
Events and community
Event details, dates, locations and speakers may change. Where an event is ticketed or requires registration, any additional terms will be given at the time of booking. We may cancel or reschedule an event, and where you have paid we will offer a transfer or a refund.
Content and spiritual guidance
Our devotionals, articles and community discussions are shared for encouragement and reflection. They are not professional, medical, legal, financial or counselling advice, and should not be relied on as such. Please seek appropriate professional support where you need it.
Third-party links
Our site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram, Substack, LinkedIn, Gumroad, PayPal, Microsoft Forms and partner organisations. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement of everything on those sites.
Availability and limitation of liability
We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that content is free from errors. We may change or withdraw content at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of this website or our resources. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant resource or event.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded - including your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Privacy and cookies
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy. We use essential cookies to make the site work, and only set optional cookies with your consent, as explained in the cookie notice shown when you first visit.
Complaints and dispute resolution
If something goes wrong, please contact us first at contact.g128@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and to resolve them within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve matters informally, we will both consider mediation before starting court proceedings. This does not affect your right to bring a claim in court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies, and the date above shows when it was last updated.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
